1.Product Description
ER1100 is a filler metal containing 99% aluminum with a melting point temperature range of 643-657°C, suitable for hydrogen arc welding before entering the furnace;
ER3003 AIMn1.2 alloy, the melting point temperature range is 643-657°C, suitable for welding before entering the furnace hydrogen arc welding;
ER4043 AISi5 alloy, the melting point temperature range is 575-630°C, suitable for hydrogen arc welding after furnace, not suitable for furnace welding; ER4045 Al Si 10 alloy, melting point temperature range is 577-GOO°C, suitable for furnace welding, or Post-furnace flame welding;
ER4047 AISi12 alloy, the melting point temperature range is 577-GOO°C, suitable for furnace welding or post-furnace flame welding;
ER5356 AIMg5 alloy, melting point temperature range is 475-638°C, suitable for post-furnace hydrogen arc welding welding, not suitable for furnace welding;
Commonly used aluminum wire diameter ¢ 1.0, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0, 2.4, 3.0, etc., with straight wire, with coiled wire can be customized according to requirements
Storage: Store this product in a cool, dry place. If there is any leftover after opening, please seal it in time and put it back in a cool, dry place; seal it when not in use to prevent it from oxidative deterioration. The storage temperature is -10 ~ 40°C.
