The structure
The flow characteristics of tubular oil cooler are oil passing through shell and water passing through pipe. The heat transfer coefficient of the oil side outside the pipe is 1/10-1/20 of that of the heat transfer coefficient inside the pipe, and the thermal resistance is mainly on the oil side.
Principle of
This equipment changes the traditional bow separator to the cyclone guide plate. The main principle is: the cooling oil passes through the shell of the oil cooler, and rotates along with the cyclone guide plate, and the oil is washed along the tube circumference while rotating. The structural parameters of the tube are the results of multiple comparative tests.

Installation
1. Preparation before installation: hydraulic test of 0.6mpa before the oil cooler leaves the factory. However, before installation, it should be in accordance with the provisions of "Technical Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Electric Power Construction" (Steam turbine) :" water pressure test should be carried out on the side of the oil cooler at 1.5 times the working pressure, and no leakage should be kept for 5 minutes. If the wind pressure test is carried out, the pressure should be the working pressure ".
2. Installation of the oil cooler :(1) the oil cooler is supported on the pre-prepared support, and can reliably meet its dynamic and static load requirements.(2) Because the arch separator of the support is changed to the cyclone guide plate, the oil inlet direction of the oil cooler is clockwise, do not install it in the opposite direction.
