1.Product Introduction
The manufacturing method of high frequency welded radiator tube is to shape a flat aluminum strip into a tube, then connect the edges through a high-frequency welding process, and perform seam welding without using any filler material. Then adjust the size of the welded pipe until the exact size and tolerance are reached.
High frequency welded radiator tube is a kind of composite pipe. The main difference between extruded tubes and drawn tubes is that they can have weldable layer materials of different aluminum alloys. Generally, the core material is 3003, and the cladding weldable alloy is 4343 or 4045. It is widely used in the production of heat exchanger tubes to make furnace or flame brazing, and has sacrificial corrosion resistance.
